Iam not at teacher, but I worked many years as an assistant for handicapped children in a school. The most annoying thing weren't the children, but the parents. Especially the parents, which wouldn't punish their kids in any way after they missbehaved.

Well I've never understood why these boomer ass teachers hate chewing gum so much until I started teaching and students started doing it in front of me, so irritating. However I don't really mind arguing (politely). One thing I love though is participation/communication, even when it's off-topic. Communicating is always good.
