Thịt bò thái lát mỏng, ướp cùng 1/4 muỗng cà phê, 1 muỗng cà phê bột bắp, 1 muỗng canh nước tương, rượu và 1 muỗng cà phê dầu mè trong 10 phút.
Phi thơm gừng tỏi với 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn rồi cho thịt bò vào xào cùng cho đến khi thịt bò mềm. Nêm muối và cho hành lá vào xào tái thì tắt bếp. Cuối cùng cho dầu mè vào đảo đều.
Thịt bò xào hành gừng với những miếng thịt bò chín mềm thơm, không quá dai, ngấm đều gia vị cùng hương gừng và hành lá tạo ra món ăn ngon cơm hấp dẫn.
