Trứng chiên tôm hành lá là món ăn ngon phổ biến trong nhiều bữa cơm gia đình. Khác với các món trứng chiên quen thuộc thì mình biến tấu cho món trứng chiên này chỉ bằng việc bổ sung vào một ít nguyên liệu trứng cá dinh dưỡng và dầu tía tô tạo nên hương vị thơm ngon, hấp dẫn.
Đập 5 quả trứng gà cho vào tô lớn, thêm vào trứng cá hồi, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng cà phê rượu mirin, dùng phới lồng đánh tan trứng gà. Sau đó, thêm vào 1 muỗng cà phê dầu tía tô cho thơm, khuấy cho quyện đều.
Nhặt sạch 200g hành lá, rửa sạch, cắt bỏ phần củ hành to. Cắt tiếp hành lá thành những khúc dài hơn 10cm. Bóc sạch vỏ tôm, bỏ chỉ đen, rửa sạch rồi chẻ đôi con tôm.
Đun nóng dầu ăn trong chảo. Xếp hành lá xuống đáy chảo. Sau đó đổ tiếp trứng gà đã đánh vào, chiên trứng ở lửa nhỏ vừa. Xếp các con tôm tươi lên trên lúc trúng còn ướt cho tôm chín vào trứng. Khi mặt trên của trứng chiên được đông lại thì trở mặt trứng, chiên chín mặt còn lại luôn nhé.
Bày trí trứng chiên tôm hành lá ra đĩa, cắt nhỏ là có thể dùng. Không cần phải dùng món trứng chiên đơn điệu khi bạn đã học hỏi được cách biến tấu trứng chiên chỉ bằng thêm vào một ít nguyên liệu đơn giản nhé.
